Bias Sisal (BS) buffs are the most aggressive cutting buffs of our three traditional sisal airway buffs when used on flat or minimally contoured surfaces. These buffs are used most effectively with heavy cut compounds to smooth out rough material, remove light tool lines and eliminate scratches imparted with setup wheels and other types of polishing operations.

Our buffs are long lasting and are ideal for heavy cut operations. Bias Sisal buffs are clean running and the cutting surface stays uniform under all operating conditions.

The standard buff thickness is 8 ply, but can be varied to match the parts' dimensions. All of the buffs are spiral sewn with 1/4" or 3/8" spacing.

SPECIAL NOTES :
Bias Sisal buffs are available in diameters from 10" to 24". All Sisal Airways can be made on a 3”, 5”, 7”, and 9” center ring diameter and centerplates are available to adjust the arbor hole.

All of our Sisal Airway buffs can be dip treated with one of JacksonLea's special treatments to alter flexibility and cutting capabilities.
