Open Bias Sisal (OBS) are more flexible than Bias Sisal buffs, because the sisal ply is not sewn together. The buffs are constructed of either 4 ply or 8 ply sisal. The OBS offers heavy cut capabilities, but at the same time produces excellent flexibility.

The buffs are commonly used for steel and aluminum products in the automotive and cookware industries.

SPECIAL NOTES :
Open Bias Sisal buffs are available in diameters from 10" to 24". All Sisal Airways can be made on a 3”, 5”, 7”, and 9” center ring diameter and centerplates are available to adjust the arbor hole.

All of our Sisal Airway buffs can be dip treated with one of JacksonLea's special treatments to alter flexibility and cutting capabilities.
