The unique construction of spiral wound material gives these rolls the flexibility needed for lapping, clean up, and non-streaking benefits. Buffs are wound on a long shaft up to 48” for wide face buffs. Cloth and Sisal Spyrl Rolls are used effectively for heavy cut or de-scaling, while Cloth Spyrl Rolls are used for clean up after sisal cut down on sheet stock or silverware such as flatware, cutlery, and hand tools.

Each revolution of the rolls produces an extra side motion of the buffing element much like a built-in oscillation, producing streak free work.

Spyrl Rolls are available either in ‘all cloth’ or ‘cloth and sisal’ finger buff construction.

Spyrl Rolls can be dip treated to alter the firmness.
