Our specially constructed flap wheels provide the ability to maintain a uniform finish throughout the life of the abrasive packs. Our uniquely designed hub, with replacement packs, design minimizes the manufacturing down time and lowers the costs of the finishing operation.

Flap Wheels are offered in a variety of diameters up to 20” and widths up to 6” to conform to the work piece. The replaceable flaps are available in the following materials: coated abrasives, non-woven fabric, or a combination of coated abrasives and non-woven fabric. The flap material is offered in different material composition, backings, and grit sizes.
